Responsibilities + Prepare 3D models of electrical building systems using Revit. + Create 3D Navisworks models for BIM coordination. + Handle multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion. Essential Skills + Experience with drafting and 3D software. + Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor. + Experience with Electrical Revit software is highly preferred. + Proficiency in Navisworks, Trimble Realworks, and Inventor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR relevant software experience. + 3+ years of experience in 3D BIM Modeling. + 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Navisworks Software. + Experience in Construction/MEP and/or Electrical Modeling is a plus. + Good cultural fit, willingness to learn, ability to meet high-pressure deadlines, good attendance, and computer literacy. Work Environment 90% or more of the day will be spent at the desk drafting. Prefer candidates to sit onsite in Davenport, but open to hybrid or onsite work in Des Moines. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The position reports to Dave. The company offers room for growth, with opportunities to advance to team/BIM leader or oversee other drafters. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
