Job Description

Prepare 3D models of electrical building systems in Revit and create 3D Navisworks models for BIM coordination. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure each project stays on track.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare 3D models of electrical building systems using Revit.Create 3D Navisworks models for BIM coordination.Handle multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.Essential SkillsExperience with drafting and 3D software.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor.Experience with Electrical Revit software is highly preferred.Proficiency in Navisworks, Trimble Realworks, and Inventor.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Associate's degree.3+ years of experience in 3D BIM Modeling.2+ years of experience with Autodesk Navisworks Software.Experience in Construction/MEP and/or Electrical Modeling is a plus.Work Environment

90% or more of the day will be spent at the desk drafting. Prefer candidates to sit onsite in Davenport. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 P

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $27.00
