Job Title: Drafter
Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level drafter to support a team focused on a variety of design projects within the civil/utility space. The ideal candidate should be comfortable asking questions, operating MicroStation, and working as part of a team.

ResponsibilitiesSupport design projects within the civil/utility space.Operate MicroStation as a design software.Collaborate with team members and contribute to a team-oriented environment.Work independently and follow directions provided via email.Essential SkillsProficiency in MicroStation.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree (preferred but not required).Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred but not required).Experience in civil design (preferred but not required).Work Environment

The job site is at the corporate office in Sparks, MD. The team supporting utility projects works collectively on the 3rd floor in an open seating environment with a collaborative culture. Directions are sent out via email when project managers are out of town. The candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00
