The Drafter will be responsible for production drafting within the civil and telecom industries. The role involves working at the computer all day, creating and modifying designs within AutoCAD 2D. The candidate will create and modify construction drawing packages used for zoning, permitting, and design modifications. Additionally, the Drafter will assist in developing construction designs and layouts for various site configurations, while providing document control and quality assurance where applicable.

The work environment is a business casual office setting with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is organized into production teams of 3-5 drafters, each led by a Project Manager. The company currently has over 80 employees and is expected to continue growing as project demand increases. Employees accrue 1.5 hours of PTO per week and receive 8 holidays per year. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
