Job Title: Drafter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Drafter with a passion for innovation and excellence. Join our team and help us make our industry quieter, safer, and greener. We have been delivering true innovation since 1959, designing and manufacturing engine silencers (detunes) for the aerospace industry. We work closely with our customers to resolve their challenges and provide engineering solutions that last. Responsibilities + Create detailed mechanical drawings using Inventor and AutoCAD. + Work on projects related to military and aerospace applications. + Collaborate with the engineering team to develop advanced engineering solutions. + Ensure drawings and designs meet industry standards and specifications. + Assist in the fabrication and welding processes when necessary. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD. + Strong mechanical engineering experience. + Experience with sheet metal design. + Knowledge of CFD and FEA. + Experience with drafting in a mechanical engineering context. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exposure to aerospace and military applications is a plus. + Real steel fabrication and welding experience is a plus. + Pay scale is between $40/hour-$55/hour depending on experience. + 5+ years of Autodesk Inventor experience. Work Environment You will work in an office suite for 40 hours per week, from 8 am to 5 pm, with some opportunities for overtime. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
