Join a dynamic team specializing in comprehensive electrical system designs that include power and lighting, low voltage systems (DATA, WAN, LAN, Voice, CCTV, PA, Security Access & Control, A/V, Master Clock, DAS, Fire Alarm), medium voltage distribution, utility coordination, and infrastructure. Our projects also encompass LEED, onsite surveys of existing systems, onsite inspections, feasibility studies, energy audits, plan reviews, construction administration, cost estimating, electrical system load, coordination and fault studies, emergency power systems, site planning, special use permits, and arc flash analysis. Responsibilities
+ Electrical design of lighting and power systems for vertical and horizontal projects
+ Perform electrical calculations using engineering formulas and software
+ Conduct point-by-point lighting calculations and energy code compliance calculations
+ Prepare project short circuit and arc flash analysis
+ Develop project specifications
+ Research and apply code requirements for various projects
+ Maintain project schedules and ensure timely deliverables to clients
+ Actively participate in project meetings
+ Provide internal QA/QC
+ Offer input and guidance on company processes and standards
+ Deliver quality service to clients
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microstation with 2-3 years of experience as an electrical engineer/designer
+ Experience in the design of roadways and transit
+ Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
+ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SKM
+ Familiarity with Civil 3D and Microstation
+ Competence in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Drafting and CAD experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with electrical system load calculations
+ Knowledge of construction administration and cost estimating
+ Ability to perform onsite surveys and inspections
+ Experience with feasibility studies and energy audits

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
