Description • Use CAD system to design 3D detailed components • Develop and modify designs based on project requirements. • Process Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders (ECR/ECO) • Create multi-level 3D assemblies • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and standards. • Prepare and review engineering drawings and documentation. • Assist in the development of new products and improvements to existing products. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings and documentation. • Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions. • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Purchasing, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing teams. • Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field or related experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in SolidWorks or other CAD software. • Experience with SolidWorks PDM, document platform experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of mechanical design and drafting principles. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with manufacturing processes and materials is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
