You will be responsible for producing technical drawings based on guidance from job captains and project managers, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, materials, and construction details. ResponsibilitiesUse software such as CAD, Revit, or similar tools to produce accurate drawings for various phases of a project.Make revisions to existing drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers.Organize files of drawings, models, and project-related documents.Participate in team meetings to stay updated on project progress, deadlines, and project requirements.Visit project sites to assist with measurements or to gather information needed to update drawings.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in an architecture firm.Proficiency in Revit.Experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office.Motivated and ready to listen, learn, and grow.Solid communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in architectural design, drafting, and 3D design.Knowledge in commercial architecture, retail architecture, K-12, healthcare, retail, design development, and construction documents.Work Environment
Candidates will be working in the Statesville office with flexibility to work from home.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $31.25/hr.
