Ghostrock Systems Development, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Drafter / CAD Operator IV in Norco, CA.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires access to classified spaces in performance of this task.Scan and archive as-built drawings and documents.Convert as-built to technically detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM) Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings, three-dimensional models, and two-dimensional project drawings.Work with engineers, architects, facilities planners, and interior designers to produce plan drawings, site plans, and base maps.Draft and illustrate maps, diagrams, and plans for construction projects, to include utilities, roads, structures, and geographical references. Review data from engineers, architects, planners, and interior designers to ensure that they conform to design plans.Prepare construction drawings to support the mission of the organization.Ensure infrastructure assessment surveys are conducted to include, but not be limited to, all buildings, utilities, roads, parking lots, support structures, and geographical data. Ensure the drawings are reflected as observed and updated as technically accurate.Prepare drafting instructions/desk guides and processes for facility operations as requested.CAFM support shall coordinate space configurations to include space audit, field verifications, room numbering, employee assignments, room photos, signage, furniture and equipment inventory, moves, additions, and changes.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements:Associate's Degree
Certifications: American Design Drafting Association
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Revit, AutoCad, 3D modeling, Autodesk experience
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanic) or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
