Job Title: Drafter/Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter/Designer with strong knowledge of Solidworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in drafting and design, with a proven ability to set up and organize models, and understand how parts work together within a PDM system. This role involves immediate project needs and new incoming projects, requiring a proficient drafter who can work both independently and collaboratively.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and draft models using Solidworks and AutoCAD.Set up and organize models efficiently.Understand and implement PDM processes.Work on mechanical drafting and design projects.Collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are met.Review and refine drafts to meet specific needs.Potentially work on custom engineering millwork projects.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role to where you can work 4 days remote and one day onsite to review drawings with your Supervisor to ensure you're staying on task.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
