Job Title: Drafter/Designer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter/Designer with strong knowledge of Solidworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in drafting and design, with a proven ability to set up and organize models, and understand how parts work together within a PDM system. This role involves immediate project needs and new incoming projects, requiring a proficient drafter who can work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities + Create and draft models using Solidworks and AutoCAD. + Set up and organize models efficiently. + Understand and implement PDM processes. + Work on mechanical drafting and design projects. + Collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are met. + Review and refine drafts to meet specific needs. + Potentially work on custom engineering millwork projects. Work Environment This is a hybrid role to where you can work 4 days remote and one day onsite to review drawings with your Supervisor to ensure you're staying on task.
