Job Title: Drafter/Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drafter/Designer to detail mechanical drawings and documentation for equipment and components to be manufactured. The ideal candidate will develop AutoCAD 2D and Solidworks 3D models and drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop AutoCAD 2D and Solidworks 3D models and drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.Create detailed manufacturing drawings including dimensions, tolerances, BOMs, and assembly instructions.Assist in developing prototypes and reviewing design feasibility.Organize and maintain drawing files and design documentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks.Experience in drafting mechanical components and assemblies.Ability to create and revise BOMs (Bill of Materials) with drawings and parts.Familiarity with ERP systems.Experience with standard measuring tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in developing prototypes.Strong organizational skills.Work Environment

This position is based in an office and a machine shop/assembly area. Work hours are either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This is an in-office role with no remote work option. The candidate will report to an engineer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00
