What You’ll Do:
Complete hands-on training: Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes. Optimize equipment shipments: Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve the efficiency and volume of material handling equipment shipments. Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Facilitate communication between Drafting, Mechanical Planning, and the Shop to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications. Support project engineering: Assist Project Engineers with technical aspects of project work, contributing to successful project execution. Enhance marketing materials: Work closely with Drafting to create updated marketing images that drive increased market share. Study manufacturing processes: Gain a deep understanding of Martin’s unique manufacturing and support functions, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.What You’ll Bring:
Develop engineering expertise: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related majors). Apply mechanical and mathematical skills: Utilize moderate to complex math and strong mechanical aptitude to support engineering solutions and contribute to project success. Enhance interpersonal and communication skills: Willing to grow strong communication and teamwork abilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Demonstrate self-management: Cultivate the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently, with a drive to succeed and consistently achieve goals. Focus on accuracy and detail: Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and precision in every project or task.Your Schedule:
