Job Title: Drafting Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Drafting Manager to support our structural steel team in York, PA. The successful candidate will manage the detailing team and communicate with customers to ensure quality and accuracy of projects. This role requires extensive communication both internally and externally, a background in CAD, and ideally, experience in 3D detailing (Tekla).

The work environment is office-based within a fast-paced, detail-oriented detailing department. The team is very busy and often handles multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must be able to work effectively with a variety of personalities and skill sets.
