Drafting Manager with 5-10 years of experience in civil, structural, and piping design, specializing in midstream oil and gas industries, with strong expertise in 3D Cadworx and the ability to review work for accuracy.

Job Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in civil/structural and piping design. Midstream oil and gas industry background, including gas processing plants. Proficient in 3D Cadworx. Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, line lists, numbering systems, and process codes. Proven ability to walk down packages and create as-builts. Strong understanding of structural plans, sections, and details. Experience with skid design and concrete drawings, including location plans, foundation details, anchor bolt details, and rebar BOMs. Familiarity with compressor stations, cryogenic plants, LNG facilities, and H2S removal plants.

Preferred Skills:

Leadership experience or readiness to transition into a management role. Ability to check the accuracy of others' work.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage drafting teams in civil, structural, and piping design projects. Create and review detailed designs and drawings using 3D Cadworx. Develop P&IDs, PFDs, and associated documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Walk down packages and produce accurate as-built documentation. Oversee the creation of structural plans, sections, and details. Design and review skids, as well as concrete drawings with comprehensive details. Ensure projects meet quality standards, industry codes, and client requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams on projects related to compressor stations, cryogenic plants, LNG facilities, and H2S removal plants.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
