We are looking for a **H&H/Drainage Project Manager** to lead high-impact projects, develop client relationships, and drive growth in the region. This role is a casual employee with flexible hours. **Why Join Parsons in Texas?** + Lead the design and management of complex **drainage, stormwater, and flood control** projects. + Work on large-scale infrastructure projects for **Harris County** **,** **TxDOT,** **municipalities, and other agencies** . + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop **resilient, sustainable solutions** . + Drive business development efforts to expand our drainage practice in Texas. + Enjoy a **hybrid work schedule** with flexibility. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the design and execution of **drainage and stormwater management projects** . + Serve as a technical expert for **hydrologic and hydraulic modeling,** **stormwater conveyance design** **, floodplain analysis, and erosion control** . + Build and maintain relationships with **Harris County Flood Control, Harris County Engineering, Harris County Precincts and other Texas municipalities** . + Lead project teams, ensuring projects are delivered **on time and within budget** . + Support business development, including **proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiations** . + Stay current on **Texas drainage regulations, FEMA floodplain requirements, and local permitting** . **Qualifications:** + **15+ years** of experience in **drainage, stormwater, and flood control project management** . + **Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas** (or ability to obtain within 6 months). + Extensive knowledge of **Harris County drainage criteria, FEMA regulations, and local stormwater requirements** . + Expertise in **hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software** (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, etc.). + Strong business development and client relationship skills. + Ability to **lead multidisciplinary teams** and manage project budgets. **Preferred Experience:** + Experience with **large-scale transportation drainage projects** . + Familiarity with **green infrastructure, low-impact development (LID), and sustainable stormwater practices** . + Background in **municipal stormwater master planning and flood mitigation** .
