Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage FA of Customer Concerns

Understand the customer complaint as it relates to the DRAM component or moduleWhen not already provided, initiate contact with customer or customer representative to identify specific failing conditionsOversee and direct initial bench level, system level, and ATE level analysis and interpret resultsCoordinate detailed component level analysis (electrical (EFA) and physical (PFA)) and interpret results

Manage Communication of Results with Manufacturing and Engineering Teams

Review feedback/Corrective Action (CA) from various manufacturing areasAsk follow-up questions as necessary to provide an adequate customer responseTranslate results to a customer friendly formatAnalyze data from various sources for trends and variationsCommunicate the needed process improvements

Provide FA Reports to External Customers

Summarize the RMA background and FA resultsIdentify the root cause and potential improvements for use in reportsIdentify and provide containment information associated risk assessmentGenerate both interim and final FA reports for customer consumptionProvide customer support for ongoing questions/concerns related to the FA report

Learn Knowledge of Device Capabilities and Characteristics

Understand the latest process technologyRecognize differences from previous technology nodes with the associated risksUnderstand the datasheet specifications for each deviceStay up-to-date on common customer DRAM applicationsPartner with field support teams to understand ongoing customer status

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Physics/Computer Engineering or meaningful experienceAble to use Excel/ JMP for data analysis will be an advantagedAble work independently and less job supervisionHighly motivated and driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resourcesStrong communication skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional teamGood and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset
