Responsible for ensuring that the test coverage learning is propagated across DRAM technologies. Collaborate with Taiwan DFT alignment team, Global Design for Test (DFT), Test Development, Product Engineering, Silicon Strategy teams across DRAM portfolio to prioritize cross-portfolio review of test coverage. Support Global Test Alignment efforts across the DRAM portfolio through coworking with the Taiwan DFT alignment team. Drive data collection and analysis to support fanning-in and fanning-out of Best-Known Method (BKM) coverage across DRAM technologies. Collaborate with manufacturing sites DFT/TSE to implement cross-technology alignment. Collaborate with Silicon Strategy & Alignment team on design-based alignment opportunities. Consolidate and document alignment activities and outcomes. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a ENGINEER - DEG PE-related occupation.
