Summary: Seeking a Draw & Strand Operator for Crew 2 to manage line operations, tooling setups, and quality control in the wire and cable industry.

Job Requirements:

High school degree required.

Experience in the wire & cable industry is a plus.

Understanding of basic line operation and components.

Familiarity with tools and measuring devices applicable to the industry.

Knowledge of ISO requirements related to production lines.

Preferred Skills:

Operation of pay-off and take-up equipment.

Selection and installation of gears and dyes.

Principles of welding.

Identification and tagging of finished products.

Job Responsibilities:

Comply with company safety rules at all times.

Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.

Set up lines mechanically, including installation of necessary tooling.

Monitor raw material supply for continuous operation.

Perform measurements to ensure product specifications are met.

Verify calibration of measuring devices and take corrective action as needed.

Generate product identification tags and maintain accurate records.

Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to ISO certification requirements, System Level Procedures (SLP), and Process Controls (PC).

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
