We’ll teach you everything you need to know. + **Career advancement opportunities** , including **paid certifications and training** . + **A strong team environment** where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience. + **The opportunity to work on impactful projects** that transform communities. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist the **driller** in operating equipment for **soil testing and well installations** . + Perform **routine mechanical maintenance and repairs** on drilling equipment. + Assemble and disassemble drilling equipment. + Ensure **trucks, drill rigs, and job sites** are clean and organized. + Prepare equipment and materials for daily projects. + Operate additional equipment, including **jackhammers and pressure washers** . + Safely and lawfully operate commercial vehicles. + Complete **daily reports and paperwork** as required. + **Follow all safety policies and procedures** to ensure a secure work environment. **What We’re Looking For:** + **High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred** . + Ability to meet the **physical demands** of the job (lifting up to **75+ lbs** , standing for long periods, kneeling, crawling, etc.). + Comfortable working in **outdoor conditions** including **heat, rain, and rough terrain** . + **Valid driver’s license** with an acceptable driving record. + Ability to pass a **background check.** **Preferred Qualifications:** + **One to three years of prior drilling experience** + **Class A CDL license** + **OSHA 40-hour certification** (or willingness to obtain) **About Us:** _The UES Texas Region includes 4 powerhouse legacy firms from the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and environmental consulting arenas: Alpha Testing, Rock Engineering & Testing, Riner Engineering, and InControl Technologies._ _Now, as we work together as_ **_Team UES_** _, our core values continue to portray who we are and what we believe.
