Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Driller Operators for projects located in and around Nashville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $42/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Driller Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Drilling operations & equipment usage including top-hammer, duplex casing, etc.Perform drilling approaches & make necessary adjustments to maintain hole quality & production targetsMaintain equipment & working environment that complies with quality & safety standardsOperate, transport, & maintain all drill equipment including performing routine inspections in accordance with specificationsIdentify, document, report, & troubleshoot equipment issuesCoordinate repairs as necessaryOther tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Valid DL HS Diploma or GED Equivalent Must pass Drug Screen & obtain or hold a health certificateAbility to lift/carry/move up to 100lbsAbility to utilize all tools; drills with augers, duplex setups, down-hole hammers, etc. FlexibleExperience with Casagrande Atlas Copco & TEI Drills Preferred Company Details
