Position: Drilling and Grouting Manager
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Our client is highly regarded for their significant contributions to Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure development. Their expertise in large-scale, innovative construction projects has made them a key player in the region’s growth and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

Oversee drilling and grouting activities, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards. Lead and train teams, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring efficient workflow. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align activities with project timelines and goals. Monitor and ensure the quality of grouting and drilling operations, addressing any issues promptly. Prepare detailed reports on operations, compliance, and progress for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Italian speaker, preferably native in a European language. Must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Willing to relocate and work in a remote area. Preferably someone who's worked in a remote area. At least 15 years of relevant construction and infrastructure experience with contractors (preferably Dam projects). GCC experience is preferred.
