Drilling Assistant Project Manager
What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.
What you’ll do:
+ Promote safe job sites
+ Pre-job planning
+ Cost and labor tracking
+ Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
+ Procuring material and tools
+ Coordination of subcontractors
+ Contract compliance
Who you are:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
+ Internships or other relevant work experience
+ Strong work ethic
+ Problem solving and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to prioritize and manage time
+ Excellent communication
+ Willing to travel

What we offer:
The annual base pay for this role is between $70,000 - $100,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance and bonus.
