Join our TeamAs a Drilling Optimization Advisor, you'll support the OFSE Product Lines and coordinate in-region communication between clients, internal stakeholders and the GCea region team.
In this role, you'll also be responsible for:
Providing segment DB and drilling optimization related analysis using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best In Class solutions for the client.Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.Providing routine client follow-up and product delivery. Provides technical input to client proposals.Managing projects, peer reviews and participates in single discipline and integrated projects. Writes and presents industry papers and publications.Being recognized as a region level contact to the customer for a product/service or set of products/services.Acting as the region focal point for development, implementation, or optimization of a deliverable, service, technology, workflow or process.Acting as a key contact to the customer for a product/service or set of products/services.Authoring course content for a specific product/service or set of products/services, with support of the Discipline Content Owner/SME.Certified instructor for relevant internal classes in discipline, and external as applicableFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have 6+ years of experience in Geoservices or Drilling OptimizationHave prior experience speaking with customers about applications of geomechanics and/or drilling optimization discipline topicsDemonstrate proficiency in discipline-related softwareFamiliarity with machine-learning & Ai platforms is a plusWorking experience in multiple regional petroleum basins/provinces and understand their geological settings and reservoir complexitiesWork in a way that works for you
