**Description:** We are seeking an experienced Drilling with Casing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will operate in a hybrid setting, requiring time both in the office and the field. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee and coordinate drilling with casing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. + Collaborate with drilling engineers, field supervisors, and contractors to optimize operational performance. + Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for drilling with casing challenges. + Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) protocols during all operations. + Monitor and analyze drilling performance, recommending improvements as needed. **Requirements:** + Minimum 7 years of experience in drilling with casing operations. + Diploma or equivalent in relevant field. + At least 3 years in a supervisory role within drilling with casing projects. + Strong knowledge of Drilling With Casing, Drilling with Casing Bit, wellbore stability, and operational best practices. + Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. + Excellent communication and leadership skills.
