 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.

Loads, secures, and unloads materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery, and other equipment for scheduled delivery to customers or other Branches. Assist field crew with unloading equipment and installing tanks, pumps, pipes, hoses, fittings and filtration systems according to specifications and requirements of job. Complete Job Site Analysis for customer or job sites where work is to be performed. Interact with customers to obtain signatures for work orders and invoicing as required. Keep accurate written records and work orders of all deliveries and pick-ups. Comply with all Motor Carrier regulations and requirements. Maintains and submits all driving records required by management on a timely basis. Performs required pre- and post-trip truck inspections and report any needed maintenance/repair to Branch Foreman in writing. Completes and submits steel tank, poly tank, pump, and total customer satisfaction forms to appropriate entity. Reviews forms with customer as required. Performs minor emergency roadside repairs. Entrusted to perform duties independently and responsibly with minimal direct supervision. Promotes cooperation and good communication with all Branch and Corporate Personnel. Meets the highest industry safety standards and Company safety policies and practices and is an active participant in the Company’s overall Safety Culture. Knows and practices company’s value proposition.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in English.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. High level of regular alertness required to adhere to the highest quality safety standards while driving in both urban (and highly congested) and interurban routes. Listening, recall, and verbal communication skills. Ability to sustain regular mental alertness while driving long distances.

Other Competencies:

Other job competencies required to be successful in this position that are not listed elsewhere include:

Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Able to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler. Able to read a map, plan routes and calculate distances. Ethical stewardship, results oriented, teamwork, problem solving, interpersonal skills, functional expertise Acceptable driver's abstract 

Required Qualifications:

Valid AZ Driver’s license. Appropriate certifications to be able to operate company vehicles and perform assigned duties, including certification for EHS&T and LOD sponsored training programs. Other industry-related certification may be required. 18 months verifiable truck driving experience. Must be at least 21 years old. Not required, but Preferred: Winch truck experience. Experience with roll-offs and frac tanks.
