We are a consumer business operating online and in our over 20 retail stores (DC, NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago) – and growing. We operate two manufacturing facilities in Lexington, KY and Moorestown, NJ that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.

POSITION: Shuttle Van Driver

What we do (that you’ll be a part of!):

At our manufacturing studio, our team is responsible for creating and assembling customer orders from our Retail stores and online business.  These may include beautiful pieces of timeless art, mounting a piece of clothing or a tapestry, or framing an unforgettable photo from an unforgettable moment.  Our team processes the orders from custom technology, measures all the inputs to the highest quality, and cuts, mounts and frames the art with pristine perfection.  We are detail-oriented craftsmen and makers who work with our hands all day to ensure our customers’ prized possessions are taken care of and that the end product surpasses expectations.  We are a factory team who cuts, sews, builds, glues, measures, frames and ships our goods back to delighted individuals. 

Role Summary: 

The Driver will be responsible for transporting art and supplies to and from the Framebridge manufacturing plant to our retail stores.  Drivers will be responsible for assisting loading and unloading.  One-way trips range from 6-12 hours.  The Framebridge fleet includes Sprinter Vans and no CDL is required for our drivers.  Our drivers may also make short local box trip runs in the Richmond/Lexington area to distribute supplies.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Ability to safely drive for 10-12 hours 

Ability to lift 20 pounds

Professional and Pleasant when in our Retail stores since customers will be present 

Have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for the past 6 years

Qualifications:

Hold a valid driver’s license for 12 years 

18 years or older 

Ability to adhere to and sign our safety expectations and guidelines

Forklift certification a plus

Physical Qualifications:

Sitting/Driving 4-5 hours a day (Winchester to DC is about 90 miles so it should be in that range

Lifting 20 - 40 pounds

Pushing 20 - 40 pounds (carts)

Ability to walk stairs (some stores, especially 14th street has some stairs)
