Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents and performing community errands while providing excellent customer service.

Transport residents to various destinations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journeyPerform community errands as assigned, such as picking up supplies or delivering itemsAssist residents in and out of the vehicle, paying special attention to those with mobility challengesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, performing regular interior and exterior cleaningReport any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnelAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating the vehicleManage time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departuresMaintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or special requestsCollaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transportation services for residents

QualificationsProven experience driving large vehicles such as vans, trucks, or busesValid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with company policyExcellent focus and concentration while driving, with the ability to remain undistracted by passengers or external factorsStrong time management skills and ability to navigate efficientlyExceptional customer service skills with a patient and empathetic demeanorPhysical ability to assist passengers and handle luggage when necessaryThorough knowledge of local traffic laws and regulationsFamiliarity with Victor, United States, and surrounding areasExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented approach to vehicle maintenance and record-keepingFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as neededBasic mechanical knowledge to identify and report vehicle issues promptly$17 - $18 /hr
