Schedule Weekly Hours:
16Drivers provide non-emergency transportation to scheduled medical appointments and other scheduled events.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide safe transportation of clients via wheelchair van including loading, securing, and unloading.
2. Use company supplied smart phone and tablet for dispatch, navigation and proper documentation of trip records
3. Provide weekly inspection reports and timecards to the office in a timely manner.
4. Maintain vans according to company policy.
5. Show courtesy and respect to all clients, caregivers, facility staff persons, and other drivers.
6. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
7. Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED
No education required
DESIRED
High school or equivalency
License and Certifications:
REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa
Basic Red Cross or equivalent training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 60 days of hire.
