Driver Job Details Job Location Hagatna - 402 E Marine Corps Drive - Hagatna, GU Salary Range $12.00 - $14.00 Hourly Description Position Summary: Person in this position will be responsible for the general transportation needs. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Essential Job Functions: + Transportation of participants to appropriate Community Based Providers; + Maintain log for vehicle service; + Maintenance on a daily basis of vehicles used for participant transportation; + Maintain log sheet of participant transportations; + Maintains records for vehicles including mileage and transportation logs; + Responsible for oversight of transportation services, including oversight of day-to-day transportation needs in accordance with all vehicle/transportation guidelines; + Responsible for all vehicle maintenance with outside vendors and for assessing repairs of vehicles; + Responsible for ensuring all vehicles are inspected and maintained to organization standards; + Takes client calls and communicates issues with management and program staff as appropriate; + Develop efficient routes to ensure that transports are completed in a safe and timely manner; + Monitors road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed; + Updates clients and staff on the status of their transports including any delays that may occur; + Assists with coordinating donation pickups and deliveries; + Must be detail oriented, punctual, able to multi-task effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment; + Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation; and + Perform all other duties as assigned.
