Job Title: Driver
Job Description

In this role, candidates will be required to work in the warehouse for about 1-2 weeks to learn the products. After that, they will be given a route within the tri-state area to deliver the goods. The candidate will either operate a 26' box truck or a Sprinter van. The job ends when the routes are completed for the day, which could range from a 5-6 hour day to over an 8-10 hour day.

ResponsibilitiesWork in the warehouse for 1-2 weeks to become familiar with the products.Operate a 26' box truck or a Sprinter van to deliver goods within the tri-state area.Complete assigned routes, which may vary in length from 5-6 hours to 8-10 hours.Load and unload products/packages using pallet jacks.Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of prior truck driving experience, preferably within the tri-state area.Ability to lift, load, and unload products/packages using pallet jacks.Clean driving record.Experience in production, customer service, and general labor.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma.Prior driving and warehouse experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Monday-Friday, 4AM - 10AM / 1PM. Routes may vary in length, with trips to the Albany area taking approximately 6 hours and trips to NYC, CT, or NJ potentially exceeding 8 hours. The dress code is casual. The company has a small office with an open layout where everyone has a desk in one big office. The warehouse is attached to the main facility where the trucks and vans are also located and parked.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.

Eligible for company holiday pay after 3 months of employment. After 60 days, eligible for benefits: medical, dental, vision, etc.
