Demonstrates the philosophy, mission and values of Community Health Partners during all interactions with patients, families, staff and others. **Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** 1. Will receive general Volunteer Orientation (including Patient Rights, Customer Service, Patient Age-Specific Needs, Health and Safety Issues, and Emergency guidelines), and on-the-job training. 2. Must have valid, current Ohio driver’s license. 3. Must be aware of and follow safe driving practices in all types of weather. 4. Must have current training in procedures to follow if involved in an accident or if an accident is witnessed in parking lot. 5. Written resources include administrative directive policies and procedures. Training for routine responsibilities, procedures, and tasks is provided on the job. In-service instruction provided in use of new and/or unfamiliar equipment and procedures. Periodic in-services and continuing education programs are held to assist the volunteer to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills.
