What you’ll do:

Provide safe and efficient transportation services for staff and visitors as needed

Support property caretaking duties, including minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep

Maintain the grounds to a high standard, including landscaping, waste management, and seasonal upkeep

Assist with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality services

Ensure reception, mailroom, and communal areas remain tidy and welcoming

Monitor Health & Safety practices and report any issues

Serve as the site’s ‘go-to’ for information and assistance

What you bring:

A valid driver’s license with a clean record

Experience in a driving, facilities, or property maintenance role is a plus

A proactive and energetic attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service

Basic proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
