Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $35.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst ShiftAid in the development of Crash Free contractors and drivers by coaching and mentoring of employees through in New Employee Safety Training, First Aid/ CPR, PEC, vehicle Skill Assessments, Commentary Drives, and Advanced Skill Maneuvers. Work directly with Driver Trainers, Master Driver Trainers, and management for the duration of the driver training courseProvide the opportunity for the development of driving skills and elevation of competence throughSupervised practice sessionsReinforcing classroom theory in the vehicleKnowledge sharingPositive reinforcementConstructive criticismMoving of equipment and Advanced Skill Maneuver vehicles?Organization, completion, and distribution of all required documentationCleaning and refueling of equipment and vehiclesDocumentation and reporting of any needed repairsDriver Assessor/Trainer Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDHSE or equivalent degreeExperience in safetyPreviously help CDL a plusApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
