Responsibilities Responsible for providing complimentary guest services, including transportation, luggage pick-up and delivery, rooming guests and errands. Supervised by the Front Office Manager and in cooperation with the Hotel Director. Luggage Management - Accurately tags, tracks, and monitors guest’s items in various storage areas, while efficiently transferring luggage to and from guest’s rooms. Transportation - Provides transportation to various airport, train stations and local trips in all weather conditions Driving - Safely and efficiently drives and parks our guests’ luxury vehicles Delivery - Responsible for delivery of guest supplies to guest room. May assist in snow removal on vehicles Performs daily vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks Qualifications One to two years related experience. Position requires a MA State Drivers License and clean driving record needed to meet Group A Driving Requitements.
