Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday based on business needs. Start at 3 PM until approximately 11 PM.

Pay $18.00/hour.

Main Ingredients of the Job! 

As a US FOODS® Driver Check-In Clerk, you will receive and verify that all driver-returned products and invoices are processed accurately with correct accounting codes for the division P&L.

Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to insure account reports reflect accurate data.Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.Main duty will be returning cases back to stock, RF Scanning and computer work, issuing Customer credits.Compile Xata and Kronos reports to verify accurate time and attendance reporting.Process driver collections for accuracy in collection of money.

What you bring to the table:

Education/Training

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Related Experience

Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred.A minimum of three years of experience with warehouse & delivery procedures required.Some Inventory Control /Finance experience background preferred.Motorized pallet jack experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills.Must be able to resolve routine problems of limited scope.

Physical Requirements

Frequent, sitting, standing and walking, occasional lift up to 90 pounds, job requires handling cases in low to the ground and high-level slotsMust be able to operate a computer and perform filing.Be able to work in different Temperature areas ranging from -10 +95 degreesWork some holidays

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $16.00 per hour and $20.00 per hour.
