Essential Job Functions
Manages a driver’s onset DQ file to ensure file meets compliance standards Assist in managing Hub Group’s random drug/alcohol testing program Assist in tracking, managing, and completion of Hub Group’s Certificate of Violation (COV) programming Tracking Hazmat Endorsements within fleet to ensure training compliance is met Processing Verification of Employment (VOE’s) requests Preparing documentation for scheduled California BIT audit’s Processing termination DAC reports/records Managing, updating, and ensuring compliance in the following Driver CDL’s Driver Physicals/Medical Cards 15 Day MVR pulls Driver Medical Card links to MVR’s/CDL’s Assisting in the management of Samba (MVR monitoring program) Report management CDL status report Medical Cert status report Monitoring and auditing EPN’s for California drivers Functionally ensuring out of compliance drivers are tagged out of service until compliance is met Supporting and assisting in expiration report management Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Office Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Must have the ability to effectively interface with applicants and internal personnel Strong organizational and analytical skills are required Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
