Our DSPs provide loving care and assistance to our members with activities, personal and medical care, meals and on and off-site social activities.

Ensuring members are transported safely whenever they are in your care!Assisting members with on- and off-boarding and with any special needs during transport.Ensuring the company vehicle is “member-ready” at all times: sparkling clean and free from obstacles as well as in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. You want to make sure the vehicle carrying precious cargo is in perfect running order.
Our DSP / Activities Assistant responsibilities include:
Assisting members with activities, personal care and some medical care Assisting with the planning and facilitation of fun, creative and diverse recreational programs and encourage member participation.Serving meals and assisting with meals QualificationsAs a Driver / Shuttle Driver for our Adult Day Centers your qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 21 years of age.Minimum three (3) years with a valid driver’s license as well as state/vehicle-specific driver credentialsThis is a physical job, after all we are ACTIVE Day! As a result you will need to be able to:Push, pull, bend, squat, turn, pivot, transfer and lift at least 50 pounds
Repeatedly exit and enter the vehicle to assist members with on- and off-boarding.
Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs is helpfulOur driving roles are regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMCSA”) and therefore you must be able to:Pass a required physical exam including a Department of Transportation (DOT) physicalReceive successful results of a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”)Receive clear pre-employment drug test results
