The role
As a Driver/Handler you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Senior Driver you will ensure the provision of professional driving for all nominated tasks as required to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
Day-to-day, you’ll assist in the ground movement of aircraft and be a key part in our flight-line operations, as well as:
Prepare the aircraft for the upcoming days flying, conducting see-in and see-off procedures as well as being authorised to carry out fuel and oil replenishment on the aircraft. Once authorised you’ll also be undertaking daily maintenance checks on the company owned aircraft, carrying out pre-use checks and be responsible for minor scheduled maintenance (A Check) on company owned Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
This role is full time and based onsite at Middle Wallop.
Essential experience of the Driver/Handler:
Fuel bowser driving experience.
Qualifications for the Driver/Handler:
LGV, & ADR Qualified (candidates who do not hold all licenses may still be considered) Clean Driving Licence Meet eye colour vision of CP2/CP3 for airfield airside operations
