Job Summary:
A Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Customer Service Representative (CSR) in catering aircraftGuides Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft safely and accuratelyQuality checks on all assigned flightsAdds or subtract meals for assigned flightsAll activities must be accomplished according to customer guidelines and while adhering to safety regulationsFollows directionsWorks as a member of a teamMay be required to complete pre-trip truck inspection as directedAdditional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by managementQualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferredQualifications for Employment as a CSA (Driver Helper)
Must be 18 years of age
Work Experience:
Up to one-year experience preferredTechnical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Current U.S. driver's licenseLanguage / Communication Skills:
Must be able to read and write to complete required formsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and co-workersRequirements of the Job:
Work assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidaysWorks overtime when requiredArrives to work on-timeMust comply with Company PoliciesCompletes paperwork and related administrative dutiesWork Environment
