Job Summary:

The Driver Recruiter role will recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer jobs to candidates for job openings that are available.
 

 Essential Functions:

Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Develops recruitment programs and budgets to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings. Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Providing information to applicants about the organization and position. Writes and places job advertising in various media forms. Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates. Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants. Can require extensive traveling. Other duties requested that are necessary.

Other Requirements:

Associate Degree preferred One to three years of related recruiting experience. Should have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
