The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and many high-profile assets globally) is currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as a Driver to CEO. The position will play a significant role in providing safe, efficient and reliable transportation services for our CEO.

Key Accountabilities
Transport the CEO to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner and ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.
Plan routes to ensure the most efficient travel, considering traffic and weather conditions.
Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle, including regular checks on oil, brakes, tires, and other essential functions.
Perform routine preventive vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Assist the passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all conversations and information during transport.
Stay updated on road conditions and potential travel disruptions.
Ensure all records for expenses and time logs are completed properly and according to the required procedures.
General requirements
Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License with a clean driving record
Proven experience in serving senior executives, familiar with routes and traffic regulations in Hong Kong
Safety mindset, trustworthy and excellent driving skills and attitude
Polite, diplomatic, punctual, responsible and service-minded
Good command of English and Cantonese
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime
