Role Summary

This role is responsible for managing the overall training activity within the designated region, developing the network and upholding a positive brand image.

Applicant must meet these minimum requirements Matric certificate Previous experience as a driver trainer or instructor for heavy vehicles Valid EC drivers licence with PRDP Previous workshop Experience with repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles Must have a SETA - Facilitator/ Assessor – Certificate Computer skills MS Office Ability to travel - role requires frequent travelling Medically Fit Competencies – these will be tested in the interview should you be shortlisted: Ability to instruct drivers in a safe and professional manner Excellent Knowledge of the Scania products and services Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Knowledge of all current applicable traffic laws and regulations pertaining to driving and safety Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure Ability to adapt training according to the target group Ability to work with different training methods or techniques
