The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.

Pay: $22.00/hr with Bonus Incentives

Location: Driveway Office, Medford Oregon

Schedule: Open availability

Responsibilities

Customer Concierge:Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forwardCommunicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and emailSingle point of contact for the customer throughout the transactionPresents financing termsPresents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)Collects down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of IncomeCommunicates paperwork and logistic timelinesMaintain activity logOther duties as assigned
