The Driveway Sales Manager is responsible for helping build, lead, and inspire their teams to deliver an unparalleled customer experience throughout the online buying process. This position will be responsible for helping interview, hire, and train Supervisors and Customer Service Agents. They will be a driver of culture and help integrate consistent processes, that lead to reaching and maintaining assigned position metrics, objectives, and daily activities. The Driveway Sales Manager will help mentor and develop their teams.
Responsibilities
Administer training plans and development of assigned employees/positionsHelp attain department monthly objectives and daily tasksDevelop, train, and monitor customer engagement and follow-up word tracksSystems expert for assigned positionsInternal/external paperwork and documents for assigned positionsExecute correct cross department communication and process flowWork leads from CRM, CRM desking tool, and digital retail portalSubmit credit applications and deal structure into Route One/Dealer TrackMonitor lender portal for approvalsRestructure deals for lender approvalWork with Driveway Customer Service Agents to send updated proposals to customersIdentify protection products that fit into deal structureCalculate taxes and DMV Fees (multiple states)Load customer and deal structure into the Dealer Management SystemProcess all transaction paperwork, ensure it is accurate and meets Business Office and lender requirementsTrack deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract fundingSubmit customer information to lenders through lending portalManage collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks and credit card receiptsVerify all customer documents as necessarySubmit Finance ContractsSkills and Qualifications
