Drone Flight Support Assistant
**Job Title** : Flight Support Assistant **Location** : Onsite, Seattle, WA **Duration** : 12 Months **Pay Rate** : $34/hr. The Flight Support Assistant will play an essential role in supporting flight crew members and ensuring the smooth execution of flight operations. This position requires a self-motivated, reliable individual who can handle critical tasks in dynamic field environments. The successful candidate will actively contribute to crew briefings, mission planning, and perform essential tasks that support field operations, all while maintaining a safe and compliant environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist with crew briefings and mission planning + Take on critical roles in field operations, ensuring safe and effective performance + Support aircraft and flight operations, including equipment handling and pre-flight preparations + Engage in package delivery operations, which include tasks such as battery installation and aircraft movement to/from the flight line + Collaborate with the operator in command to complete safety checklists + Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes **Daily Schedule** + Active participation as part of the flight crew + Daily preparation for operations, including equipment setup and readiness checks + Working closely with aircraft and mission-critical flight equipment If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
