The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Drop and Count Team Supervisor to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Drop and Count Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for the retrieval, transport, and replacement of cash boxes from the slot machines. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining the integrity of gaming operations, we encourage you to apply.

Pay

$15.75 - $17.75 / hour

Responsibilities Unlock and relock gaming machines to access and replace cash boxes Remove cash boxes from machines, replace with empty boxes, and transport full boxes to the count room Verify, proof, strap, and prepare all cash for final processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance Follow all company, departmental, and state policies, while adhering to security and surveillance protocols in the count room Act as a backup for the Drop Supervisor, overseeing the entire drop and count process, including cash handling, machine operations, and team coordinationQualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a New York State Gaming License High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Must possess basic math skills Must be able to handle large amounts of money accurately, honestly, and in a professional mannerPhysical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsShift Details
