These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.In privacy law and data protection at PwC, you will specialise in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.

Data infrastructure/transformation management risk identification and control integration as part of an end-to-end solution implementation and/or infrastructure assessment;
Data Strategy assessment and implementation support including project management and data governance; and
Risk management and assurance over large transformation technology initiatives.
Experience and knowledge of one or many large Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning solutions (e.g. Oracle MFP/EPM Cloud, Essbase, OneStream) in the following key areas will be preferred:
Data preparation, structuring and transformation related risk identification and control integration as part of an end-to-end solution implementation and/or assessment;
Implementation support including data transformation trust and governance;
Experience with Data Lake/Platform’s integration process, and data transformation code analysis; and
Solid experience with assessment and support of job orchestration platforms (e.g. Airflow, Automic, Azure orchestration tools).
Candidates require the knowledge of cloud security principles, cloud governance and cloud computing concepts in context of cloud infrastructure and/or cloud applications. Required previous experience includes cloud implementations, cloud security audits/reviews, and assessments and/or design of cloud infrastructure. Experience with cloud solutions such as MS Azure, GCP or AWS Cloud is preferred.
Implementation, assessment and/or assurance experience with emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence is preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience of data privacy standards/regulations (e.g. GDPR, CASL), data governance/trust, privacy audits/reviews/or implementation or assessments of privacy programs and controls is preferred.
Candidates require strong leadership skills working in dynamic and cross-functional teams for large-scale and multi-national engagements.
