Drummer Tech: Shift Work Dupont Schedule

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Connect and load/unload trucks of empty packages from box trailersStage, label and prepare empty containers for packagingPackage final product in totes, drums, pails and other containers as required and take samples for analytical testing.Deliver samples to the lab and communicate with lab technician regarding resultsPerform forklift operations to move and store final product packagesMove trailers using a yard dog and railcars using a rail car mover.Manage rework containers by identifying and ensuring proper labeling and storage on drum pad and in warehouse, as necessaryProperly maintain and complete the necessary documents related to packaging final products, spotting raw materials for offloads and empty trailers for loading (process orders, unloading/loading packets)

 

Basic Qualifications & Key Skills

 

High school diploma or equivalent is requiredAbility to read and write in EnglishMechanical aptitudeAbility to climb ladders, perform elevated work and lift a minimum of 50 lbsEffectively communicate with operations, lab technicians and managementFork truck certification requiredShuttle wagon and yard mule training provided by Shuttle wagon and Yard Mule, respectively, required
