Job Description:

What are we looking for?

To lead and deliver Technology Development/Implementation of Dry and C&T innovation, Do It Best, QES and growth of capacity expansion initiatives in Mexico in order to: 

Enable innovations in product and raw materials, according to Global and Regional strategies as well as projects for expanding the installed capacity of our Dry and C&T factory network; 

Contribute to the generation and implementation of global best practices related to dry and C&T manufacturing (from raw materials inbound up to silos) and; 

Support the R&D teams to sustain our business continuity and continuous improvement by providing technical expertise. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

Dry and C&T process capabilities for new products and/or raw materials, assuring their scale-up to the dry and C&T factory network, as well as the delivery of the full business solution to the unit  (factory hand-over, commissioning requirements, and SRC). 

R&D Technology spoke responsible to define, conjointly with Engineering, the technology requirements for asset acquisitions for new or existing dry and C&T factories, while assuring strong collaboration with other key R&D spokes (PDI, formulation and Q&FS spokes) to define CVS requirements. 

Contribute to the Innovation Pipeline product codification, together with Marketing and PDI roles, by bringing the technological perspective and the impacts to current business model and factories capabilities. 

Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, being the Dry and C&T R&D focal point in the translation of Innovation projects into the appropriate information required for the Regional CAB Planning and Operational Plan (trial costs and downtimes).
